“Una experiencia mejorable” El servicio de recepción básicamente es dejar tus pertenencias a la entrada del local, a merced de la gente que va y viene hasta las 6:00pm que no te permiten acceder al barco. Además, el centro de recogida es un local abierto sin aire acondicionado ni similar. Atención: Podremos decir que es un aviso de lo que está por llegar. Hay que ser crítico y el servicio no es el esperado: es un servicio a un coste alto cerca de 10.000€ la semana, caro para lo que ofrece y para el estado en que se encuentran los barcos. Venden un paquete commodity que brilla por su ausencia, como el snorkel o la falta de cosas básicas en el equipamiento de uso diario como las ollas, o la cafetera de dos cafés en un barco de 10personas, y en general menaje, que en este caso están, pero en mal estado. (Vasos de plástico de usar y tirar, tres tazas con rotos, 2 tazones de desayuno...) No esperéis encontraros productos básicos de limpieza como balletas, trapos, mistol, etc. ni productos básicos como sal, azúcar... Los colchones, tienen en su superficie pelotillas incomodas e incompatibles con un buen descanso. Además si buscas y has pagado aire acondicionado (2.500€ más): no esperes que vaya a funcionar, o lo hará por partes del barco. Realmente no funciona y la iluminación tampoco, al igual que las redes de la Proa del catamaran que están tan rotas (y remendadas)que te recomiendan no usarlas en travesía. Los barcos en general no están cuidados. La empresa creo que carece de ilusión por prestar un buen servicio a la altura de lo que oferta. Lo mejor es el patrón “Rodrigo”, que para los medios que tenía , ofrecía su mejor cara y hacia lo posible por hacértelo todo lo más ameno posible y su gran profesionalidad. Si vas a reservar con Rumbo Norte solo puedo desearte suerte, la necesitarás. ——————— ENGLISH “A not so pleasant experience” The reception service is basically just leaving your belongings at the entrance of the premises, at the mercy of people who come and go . Till 6:00pm you are not allowed to access to the boat. In addition, the reception centre is an open space with no air conditioning or similar. Attention: The latter is a warning of what is coming next Let’s put it boldly: the service is not what you were expecting: it is a high cost rental Boat (about 10,000 euros per week) expensive for what it offers and for the state of the boats. They sell a commodity package that is conspicuous by its absence: snorkeling, or the lack of basic things in the daily use equipment such as cups, pots, or the coffee maker (just a two cups machine in a boat of 10 people)!, and in general household items. All of them were in bad condition: plastic cups to use and throw away, three broken cups , 2 breakfast bowls...) Do not expect to find basic cleaning products such as swipes, rags, washing soap, etc. or basic cooking products such as salt, sugar... The mattresses have on their surface uncomfortable pellets which make them incompatible with a good rest. Also if you are looking for and have paid for air conditioning (2,500 euros extra): don't expect it to work, or it will just work for parts of the boat( in our case just the right side of the boat).Neither does the lighting in some areas. The catamaran's bow nets were so broken (and patched) that we were advised not to lay on them when sailing ... The boats in general are not well looked after. I think the company lacks the enthusiasm to provide a good service at the level of what it publicly offers. The best thing is the skipper "Rodrigo", who (according to the scarce means he had) offered his best knowhow and did his best to make it as enjoyable as possible. A great professional!!! If you are going to book with Rumbo Norte I can only wish you luck, you will need it.

Tuvimos problemas con el check in. Avisamos que ibamos a llegar a las 01am. No habia nadie y nadie nos atendio el telefono.

El propietario ofreció un descuento para que tomemos esa embarcación y después nos cobró el depósito y tenemos formado el check out por la empresa sin ningún problema

Sobre el propietario solo nos dijeron que ellos no sabían nada de un barco del 2017 y que era problema de ustedes. El servicio de check-in ofrecido por el personal de Rumbo Norte fue para olvidar y de muy malas maneras. En definitiva una pena de 3.000€ que no hemos disfrutado tal y como nos merecíamos y que solamente fue arreglado por su parte dándonos el obsequio de pasar una noche en una boya de S Spalmador. Volveremos a reservar nuestras próximas vacaciones con ustedes o con Rumbo Norte??? NO
