Expresamos nuestra opinión sobre Juan Vidal, la persona que nos recibió. Cuando le manifestamos las deficiencias del barco nos atendió amablemente pero no solucionó nada y nos cambio el tema varias veces para no atender a nuestras peticiones . Nos dio respuestas vagas y no acudió a realizar el checkout. Nos costó que nos devolvería la fianza . Transmite poca confianza y poco interés .
