Boatjump offers you the “Flex Rate” service so you can book without any worries.
What does the “Flex Rate” include?
Thanks to the “Flex Rate,” you can cancel your reservation and receive a refund of 80% of the total amount paid without having to provide any explanation.
How does it work?
You must sign up for it when you book your boat. To do so, simply send an email to customer@boatjump.com from the email address used to make the reservation, indicating your reservation number (BJXXXX) and requesting activation of the “Flex Rate” service. The Boatjump Customer Service team will open your case, request proof of ownership of your bank account, and once received, the refund will be made within a maximum of 5 business days.
