With 51% of the service battery, we couldn't start the engines because the service and starter batteries are somehow connected and they don't emit any warning signal. That made us lose one day waiting for the technician to come. There are some basics missing such as gloves and a bucket to clean the deck. The dingy engine was in bad condition and complicated to drive. In the switches panel there seem to be 2 fridges and one freezer but there are only 2 fridges and one doesn't keep cold very well. The bildge pupmps don't work properly in qutomatic mode, you need to switch them manually on the switch pannel. The lazy bag for the sail is pretty old and broken in some places. The anchor chain is said to have length markers but we could just find one which is a red plastic wrapped at the 30m of the chain, you can easily miss it if you're both looking how the chain falls and at the sea bottom, I had to estimate the length based on the amount of chain left on board. Other than that, the boat was in good condition, the engines work properly, the deck is clean and comfortable, the navigation electronics work properly. If you are careful and aware of these issues, you can sail without any problem, but I wouldn't rent this vessel again.

I would have appreciated more support at the marina to manage bringing the shopping on board, there were no options to order the shopping to be brought to the pier and we had to take it in 2 taxis. We booked with early checkin but we first could come on board one hour later that expected, which wasn't a big issue as we did the checkin of another vessel we rented in the meanwhile. The fridges were not cooled during the previous night, so it took really long for them to cool as we didn't have enough time before depating to stay at port connected to the 220v for them to cool down. When we had troubles on the way, Zoran the mechanic was all the time available and managed to arrange assistance on different ports, he was available over the phone till late hours and was very helpful. We had to wait long to get support thought because there aren't enough service providers on duty on the way in order to cover the demand for the season. Vedran at Dubrovnik base was helpful and gave us a nice solution to avoid the large queue to fuel at the gas station when coming to the end base.
