The newly commissioned 2016 Port to Vino is a truly stunningcatamaran, built and maintained to the highest of standards. She has a spacious cockpit where you can live inside and out – an amazing foredeck for sunbathing and a magnificent flybridge for relaxing and entertaining. The views are breathtaking as you sail.

The interior of Port to Vino has all of the comforts of homebut on a luxury yacht. She has 4 queen staterooms each with its own ensuite bath as well as an inviting common area. Port to Vino will accommodate up to 6-8 guests for your dream vacation.

Gourmet meals are expertly prepared in a fully stocked galley and served al fresco on the aft deck where you can view the coastline and feel the Caribbean breezes.

Port to Vino’s outdoor deck areas offer plenty of flexible space. Pass the day reading, sunbathing or relaxing on the flybridge. The foreward trampolines and aft dining area extend your living area and give you easy access to the clear blue of the Caribbean Sea. All of the boat toys are available to make your fun on the water even better. There is something for everyone as you sail in pristine waters.

Captain Stuart and Chef Rebecca Evans can't wait to welcome you aboard Port to Vino, they bring years of sailing and globetrotting experience, great knowledge of cuisine and wines with them as well as a passion for all things above and below the waves. They never fail to entertain and impress their guests, encouraging them to get the very most from their precious time on vacation.

Captain Stuart (Stu) Evans really is a son of the sea, from the sailing capital of Southampton on the south coast of England, second son to a boatbuilder he brings professionalism and confidence to the task of safely navigating the BVI to the best spots to swim, snorkel, walk, dine, beach or dive. Your Captain, a lover of all water sports, has been a qualified PADI open water scuba instructor since 2010, you could take your first breaths below the waves or get certified from on board Port to Vino.

Chef Rebecca (Becky) Evans is a culinary marvel, winning first and second prizes in the BVI boat show culinary competition 2016. A London girl who once trod the stages of the West End, her wide range of dishes tantalise the tastebuds, gathering influences from traditional home cooking to exotic Thai, Indian and European flavours. Producing restau- rant quality food, Becky has survived many last day kidnap attempts from her charter guests. Becky is also a water baby being certified to the level of PADI rescue diver.

Becky and Stuart always receive great feedback from their guests, with in depth knowl- edge of all the most beautiful anchorages and an ability to gauge the pace their guests want to go, they will ensure you have a trip to remember, and will want to do again and again.

  • Banana and sesame pancakes topped with crispy bacon and a side of honeyed yoghurt
  • Italian fried eggs Caprese with crisped Pancetta, melted mozzarella, smoked tomatoes and fresh basil
  • French crepes with fresh strawberries drizzled with berry coulis and toasted pecans
  • Crispy apple cinnamon turnovers accompanied by a lime mascarpone cream and fresh fruit platter
LUNCH

  • Spicy Jerk chicken thighs with a quinoa and zucchini salad and tangy mango coconut dressing
  • Thai crab cakes with Asian slaw served with egg fried rice, sweet chilli dressing and crispy wontons
  • Lamb and apricot kofta served in warm pita breads with moroccan spiced Tabouleh and zesty Tzatsiki dip
  • Sweet and sour shrimp with sticky coconut rice paired with crispy pork spring rolls and a sweet tamarind dipping sauce
DINNER

  • Seared Filet Mignon drizzled in pink peppercorn and cognac sauce with crispy potato latkas and roasted root vegetable medley
  • Rosemary and sage roasted pork tenderloin placed atop creamy sweet potato mash, served with sugar snap peas and a smoked apple puree
  • Caramelised plantain and bacon stuffed chicken breast served on fragrant jasmine rice with coconut beurre blanc and a julienne of green and yellow zucchini
  • Crispy pan seared duck breast drizzled in blackberry Hoisin sauce on sesame noodles, dotted with garlic shiitake mushrooms and crunchy pakchoy
DESSERTS

  • Mango and coconut pannacotta with vanilla bean shortbread and champagne foam
  • Sticky Date cake with cardamon caramel sauce complimented by pistachio nut brittle and vanilla ice cream
  • Rich chocolate cremeaux served with an Amaretti crumb and tangy raspberry coulis
  • Tangy lemon tart on a toasted meringue bed with Dulche de Leche and blueberry
