The little one was missing. With the new Dufour 335, the overall renewal of the dedicated Grand'Large cruising program has been completed.
The construction of Umberto Felci comes for Dufour's previous bestseller 325 and offers in addition to the far-reaching, optical adaptation to the current line also a whole series of real novelties.
For example, the mainsheet is crushed on a solid console for the table in the cockpit. When sailing, the table top can be taken away or stuck - depending on your wishes. Unique in this boat size are the double steering wheels, which allow free access to the large, hinged bathing platform. The rig is equipped with unusually heavily swept salingen and therefore comes without a backstay. This leaves the tail free of wires and tensioners. However, the rigging must also be braced wider, the upper shrouds are therefore bolted directly to the hull. A large and overlapping Genoa as with the larger sister models is thus no longer possible, the foresail overlap is limited to 108 percent. Alternatively, a Selbstwendefock is offered as an option.
Below deck, the layout of the two-biner remains unchanged compared to the previous model 325. However, the look is adapted to the current design, with a lot of development work in detail. The price for the 335 Grand'Large Dufour has not yet set. The new ship celebrates its premiere in Cannes and will be on show in Germany at the trade fairs in Hamburg and Düsseldorf.
